Hoping the Tarpons play better than they did this past Friday. At least the PA announcer for the game won’t suck.

Yup. Kinda liked it when it was back and forth.

    Is Medina gonna be back?

I don’t think so. Angel Nino MIGHT be back, #8, depending on how his follow-up appointment goes and if he gets the OK from the Dr. He suffered a concussion in the Progreso game

I saw Ray and I don't see them as a 4th round team......they are a good team but not to make it to the 4th round......just my opinion
Will see Rio this Friday and see how they look........

If they can't get past Cuero or Navarro in Round 2, then no.

I don't think they can beat either team (Cuero or Navarro)

I think by Medina being out .......the timing with the offense was off

It's going to be a tough game for PI against Rio

Nah, the OL was dominated by Raymondville's DL at the LOS. Can't do anything offensively if there's no holes for the RBs to run through.

I thought our MLB was stout, Ray's was even bigger, a playmaker for that defense. Ray blitzed often n that MLB had free reign a lot of times, not hard considering it was our front 5 vs their front 7 for a good deal of the game. PI needs to bring in more blockers (TEs) vs a good Def. A quick throw to our TE behind the LBs would also give their D something to think about (similar to what they used to throw to Miguel Ramirez and Ted Saldivar). We also need to use our strength 'speed' and run more ie, runs to the outside, pitches, options etc. we kept running up the middle into THEIR strength.

Whole team needs to step it up to have a shot at the upset vs RH.

Just glancing at the potential playoff matches and right now BFC has em aligned pretty good. Surprising win by Ingleside over Orange Grove. So right now PI is looking to go vs Ingleside. Ingleside is a lil hard to figure they got some up n downs on their schedule. Now a win by West Oso vs Ingleside in the final week could shuffle things around.

Pretty interesting on how PI will bounce back, PI by 1

Well, actually there is. But, I'm not a coach so I don't know what I'm talking about when I say using 2-3 TE sets would help a struggling OL.
