For the first time in theirs history VV will be heavily favorite against E-E. Unlike the Tigers Tiger For Life VV has never even come close to beating Edcouch Elsa. Thus VV team has not only beaten every team they have face this year. But have routed them. For a team picked to come out 6th in the district they are one of a handful of remaining unbeaten team in the Valley.

Yellow jackets are trying to find their identity. They played a very good tigers team. I see the yellow jackets playing a different game and coming out on top .
Couple calls went against the jackets on Friday . Either way jackets by 10

I think Valley View is a pretender rather than a contender, but EE hasn't been able to show anything just yet... I'll take VV just because of their record and EEs inconsistency. but I do think EE can beat them...

Regardless is they are pretenders or not. Those wins and by the way they won has given a big confidence builder for their program. Remember this win by VV makes them believe in their program. So I say it will be a big game for La Maquina.

VV's defense is legit. It will be a long night if VV continues to force those turnovers.

I seen both teams play this year and I have to tell you Valley View is no joke. If the Tigers jump on the Jackets early, this game might be over by half.
I'm not afraid to think outside the box or put 8 in it.

Although Valley Views competition has not been nearly as good as EEs they are pretty good this year. And I just can't believe how bad EE looks. I mean averaging 120 yards of offense is mind blowing, for the sake of the kids and the once traditional program I hope they can pull it off. 17-14 EE by 3

Is Valley View a contender or pretender? Only time will tell and Friday will be a defining game for them. EE has a good defense but can the offense wake up again. Not sure. They cannot afford to play VV the same way they played my Tigers. The problem with EE is lack of a passing game so have to rely on the running game. If EE can get off to a good start then EE can be victorious. But, if they can't if VV can run the ball against them and succeed. If they can, then VV wins. Since it is at home I will pick EE at the black hole.

Hate second guessing a coach. But Coach Chavez needs to go back to Albert Trevino at QB. Rojas will be a good QB for the Jackets next year. But I think the Soph is still to green to lead La Maquina this year. Trevinio is a lot quicker and faster than Rojas. And with the lack of Playmakers on offense this year I believe Albert would give E-E a better chance on winning.

Man I thought of VV and Roma as gimmies but VV looks good so far.

This game will be interesting because I saw the winner of Mercedes/EE as avoiding the the 4th seed but VV could sneak up and take the 3rd or 2nd seed depending on what happens in this game and the Mercedes/Pioneer game
