This offense is kinda hard to describe. I got to see film of it a few months ago and it was something I'd never seen before. A sort of "Power Pistol" with 2 FBs. I really like it!
so it will be Jarod and the OC son in the backfield.

The offense is run out of a spread formation and is a high tempo Oregon style Offense and the kid isn't a RB, I guess he could play there if need be but he wasn't a RB last season... He is fast though...

What you're thinking of and what I'm thinking of are two entirely different monsters. This formation only has one wideout. The rest is TE, 2 FBs, 1 RB and a QB in the pistol. It's very much a power formation, not a spread formation.

    Hope he likes hitting people.

As for Elm Street and kb_fan, I'm not at liberty to say just yet.

To my knowledge, he hasn't made it official yet but Bradly Chavez has made it clear he wants this guy as his OC and is willing to wait until he does make it official.

Should be a fun 3 weeks when play EE, Mercedes and Pioneer. Memorial and Hanna will be exciting too.

You can tell this guy hasnít been around big schools that do spring ball. April 16 is a terrible date, when you consider that track and baseball are still going on at that time. Those are your 2 biggest spring sports, and Iím sure there are several kids involved in them. Plus you distract kids from focusing on those sports, by throwing football into the mix. Iíd try to wait until regional track meet to start, this way youíre closer to end of baseball season and most track kids will be done.

With this guy as OC, if all falls EE's way, I can easily see EE back in Round 3 AT LEAST. Possibly beyond.

Goto to time 2:39 is that the offense?

Sinton coach used that sometimes with Tyler Handson during his 5000 plus yards season. Think it was like 2800 rushing and 2300 passing season. He would also bring in the wideout and line him up in front of the backs as a power running game.

    Oh Lordy!

Harlingen and PI should get a guy like this! Easily to “AT LEAST” round three AND “possibly beyond”.

Yeah we all used to be part of the same district along with Mercedes and Raymondville back in the 90s... EE used to beat up on us every year until 2002 when we finally beat them, they haven't beaten us since..
